This week is all about breakfast. The most important meal of the day!
I know that I've been focusing on healthy eating and MUST have breakfast to make it through the day! I tend to overeat if I haven't had a filling breakfast.
But...It is SO hard to make breakfast in the morning. I knew I needed a no excuse type of breakfast. This recipe is quick and easy and is my go to morning time meal. I have this almost every morning. I can't take credit, it is adapted from Hungry Girl. This recipe is an Egg White & Turkey Sausage Bowl.
You only need 3, YES...ONLY 3, ingredients. You could always add other toppings and mix-ins to your taste. You also need a bowl (or large mug) and a microwave.
And the 3 ingredients are...
Turkey Sausage Crumbles, LC Cheese Wedge, Egg Whites |
I'm doing Weight Watchers and can tell you this is only 4 Points Plus. It keeps me satisfied until lunch.

Yes...it's always good to get in better/healthier habits over the summer! So much easier to continue when the school year begins if it is a habit!
